Powder coating is a method by which electrically charged powder coating material is applied to the aluminum shutter. Electrostatic attraction holds the powder to the shutter until heat is added to fuse the powder and aluminum together.

The powder coating system at LAS lowers the cost of the shutter and can provide faster turn around time to the consumer. There is no middle man. LAS can also match custom colors.
